Eva's First Violin

I started about a month ago teaching a new violin student. It's nice to have that opportunity again. My student's mom was very nice also to bring Eva her first violin. It's just for play, but Eva already loves it. And she made her momma so proud...she even knew how she was supposed to hold it right off the bat.

Then when I didn't think she could get any cuter, I showed her the little shoulder strap attached to the violin. And she walked around the house being so careful with her new violin. Love it!

Fun in a Box -- Part 2

This time it's Eva having the fun. And she LOVES it!

Birdseye View
It's a place for her to take some of her treasures.

Peek-a-boo!

She loves the buttons on the TV remote, so we gave her one of her own.

G, you're not allowed!

Bye! See you later!

Oh, and here's a picture of Eva trying out her new car seat. She wasn't sure about it at first.
But now she loves it.

The makeshift playhouse is so much fun. I love that she can take in her crayons and color all over the inside. The only thing is now teaching her that coloring on the floor in her playhouse is okay, but it's not okay on the tile in the real house. And the next project is to cut out windows. That'll be done as soon as she is out of it long enough for me to do that.
Oh the joy of being young!

Fun in a Box

You know how it is...your kids get a new toy and they have more fun playing with the box. Well, apparently it is still true when kids get older too.

Eva watching her daddy, wondering what to think.
It's good to see he keeps a good sense of humor and keeps himself young. ;)
