- Puts anything on her wrist (that has a loop or looks like it does) and holds up her hand as if she is wearing a bracelet or a bag. Yesterday at church, she kept putting my Primary bag handle on her wrist and then would try to walk away as if she were carrying the bag. Too bad for her the bag weighed at least two times more than her.
- Puts the Wii nunchuck cord behind her head resting on her neck like it's a great necklace. Then she does her fake laugh to get us to laugh. To her enjoyment, it works every time. :)
- Asks to put on shoes or socks even if she is already wearing both.
- Brings her head to her shoulder in a coy, "I'm so sweet" look. It is darn cute!
- Puts her finger in her nose just to get a reaction from us.
- Dances to a good beat. Actually, mostly when a classical song is playing.
- Clasps her hands together and twists them back and forth when I sing a song to her.
And perhaps my favorite thing right now ... she takes a book or a card or an instruction manual (or anything she thinks might be interesting to look at) then, in slow motion, lays herself down on the floor, rolls onto her back, and looks at the treasure she has chosen. She also will take her blanket, lay that on the floor, then - again in slow motion - lie down on the floor with her head on her blanket. Makes me smile and beam inside and out. She is so adorable and seriously the love of our lives!
Another favorite moment from this weekend. Gma and Gpa Green had a big box in their living room. After being put in and asking to get out 2 times before, she found a notebook and asked to be put back in the box. She thought it was great and probably would have stayed in there for a long time had we not had to leave. (Funny tidbit is that the notebook was blank. Somehow it was still entertaining to flip through the pages.)
Love you Eva!
